Data Activity report

Consolidation Status Monitor Only

The Data Activity report tracks changes in local, untranslated data. It tracks reported data and data adjusted by web journals for both standard and intercompany accounts, including data added using the Data Loader, and OpenLink. It does not include data from the Approval process.

The report contains:

• The data records.
• The date and time each record was last updated (per period).
• The Last Update columns shows the date and time of the most recent update made to any period that year.
• The Last User column shows the name of the user responsible for the most recent update.

Only three dimensions display on the grid: the Period and Schedule dimensions (always on-grid) and a third hierarchical dimension. The default for the third hierarchical dimension is the Consolidation Status Monitor reporting dimension.

This report is only available if your administrator enabled Consolidation Status Monitor during the database setup.
