Creating a distribution
The administrator determines which actions are distributed. When a distribution is created, those costs specified by the administrator automatically distribute to the receiving unit.
To create a distribution:
- Open the Position Assignments page.
- Click Position Details for the source unit.
- Click .
- In the Unit column, select the destination unit.
- In the Distribution % column, specify a percentage of the expense amount to distribute to each primary dimension member. The amount specified here is spread to all periods in all quarters.
- Optionally, modify the period columns.
- Click .
