Vacancy
The Vacancy report provides information on the authorized, assigned, and vacant positions in a given unit. The information is displayed by period, including a column for each total year in the budget date range. The report includes:
- Authorized headcount, FTE, and cost
- Assigned headcount, FTE, and cost
- Open headcount, FTE, and cost
The report aggregates these items by the primary dimension hierarchy. If a consolidation node is selected, the report displays the entire allowed hierarchy below that node, aggregating authorized, assigned, and open positions at each node.
Authorized, Assigned, and Open are nested within Unit-Position
Headcount, FTE, and Cost are nested within periods.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Version | List of Version dimension members. Select a version member to filter the report. |
Unit | List of primary dimension members. Typically this is the Unit dimension. Select one or more primary dimension members to filter the report. The report automatically includes all leaf members under the selected primary dimension member. |
Periodicity | Specify the level to display data. The default is the periodicity of Workforce Budgeting. Only the selected level plus the total year is displayed. No interim levels are displayed. For example, if Monthly is selected, quarters are not displayed. |
Start | Select a start period for the report. |
End | Select an end period for the report. |
Values | Select the column to include. Choose from:
Position summary data is shown in the Cost column. For daily periodicity, only one column type can be selected. For all other periodicities, any combination of the three column types can be selected. |
