Rules

• Posted Periods. When the journal status displays as Posted, the report identifies the first and the last periods that posted, not intermediate periods. For example, if the "First Posted" period is May and the "Last Posted" period is August, it does not imply that June and July also posted.
• Acquisition Journals.
  • Each currency in the Posted Currency row has posted to at least one of the posted periods. It does not imply that each posted currency posted in all of the posted periods.
  • An asterisk ( *) precedes required values.
  • The report displays currency names (not descriptions) regardless of the styles file setting.
• Ownership Journals. A Y value in the Posted Src (posted source) column indicates an amount may post to the source lines in addition to the destination lines when the journal is consolidated. For more information, see the Infor CPM Consolidation User Guide..
