Copy Ownership Data

Copy Ownership Data copies yearly ownership data from one data slice to another. For example, you can copy 2010 data from the Actual version to the 2011 Forecast version. The ownership data includes the data specified from the Direct Investor Relationships page and the Ownership Properties page.

This chapter applies to administrators and controllers with read-write security to the selected unit hierarchy and version. Users with read-only security to the destination version cannot copy data. In addition, the ability to copy ownership data is only available when the Ownership process has been enabled.
