Highest Step
The Highest Step report provides a report that displays employees at the highest step of their grade.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Version | List of Version dimension members. Select a version member to filter the report. |
| Unit | List of primary dimension members. Typically this is the Unit dimension. Select one or more primary dimension members to filter the report. The report automatically includes all leaf members under the selected primary dimension member. |
| As of | Optional. If no date is specified, the report displays as of the last Workforce Budgeting date which is the budget start date plus the number of budgeting periods. When a date is specified, the report displays all employees at the highest step of their grade as of the selected date. |
| Unit | Displays the primary dimension member name. |
| Position Name | Displays the position name. |
| Employee Id | Displays the employee ID. |
| Employee Name | Displays the employee name. |
| Schedule | Displays the step and grade schedule name. |
| Grade | Displays the grade. |
| Step | Displays the step. |
