Assigning an employee to an authorized budget
To assign an employee to an authorized position:
- Open the Position Assignments page.
- Click the Assign Position icon for the authorized group to which you want to assign an employee.
- Click the Employee tab.
- Click or select an existing employee ID from the list.
- Specify the required and optional employee fields.
- Click the Actions tab.
- Specify the required and optional action fields.
- Click the Position tab.
- Specify the required and optional fields.
- Click .
