Assigning an employee to an authorized budget

To assign an employee to an authorized position:

  1. Open the Position Assignments page.
  2. Click the Assign Position icon for the authorized group to which you want to assign an employee.
  3. Click the Employee tab.
  4. Click Add new employee or select an existing employee ID from the list.
  5. Specify the required and optional employee fields.
  6. Click the Actions tab.
  7. Specify the required and optional action fields.
  8. Click the Position tab.
  9. Specify the required and optional fields.
  10. Click Save.
