Deleting actions

Deleting an action removes the action from the selected positions. The data is recalculated and written back to the financial tables. If you do not preview positions, the action is removed from all positions matching the filter criteria.

To delete actions:

  1. Open the Modify Action Assignments page.
  2. Select a version member.
  3. Select an action.
  4. Optionally, specify the date range or select a date attribute.
  5. Select the appropriate Action Applied By field.
  6. Click Find Actions.
  7. Select the check box to the left of the actions to delete.
  8. Click Delete Action.
  9. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.
