Multiple approval dimension members

The Submit for Approval page and the Approve and Reject page can display data for one or more of the Approval dimension members at the same time. When one or more members have a different status, the status for the combined data is the color gray, for undetermined status. To view the status for each member, click on the underlined text next to the gray box. The Show On-Grid Member Status window opens.
