Number Format

You can display formatted numbers on the grid in reporting views. You can display values by ones, thousands, or millions by selecting options from the Number Format menu.

Formatting applies only to the grid (it does not export to an Excel report) and affects all numbers on the grid, including percentages.

Option	Description
Default Number Format	Data is refreshed, and values are restored to original format. Example: 801739.7
(ones)	Values are rounded to nearest integer (data is not refreshed). Example: 801740
(thousands)	Values are rounded to the nearest thousand (data is not refreshed). Example: 802
(millions)	Values are rounded to the nearest million (data is not refreshed). If the nearest million is zero, no value displays. Example: 1
