Position Assignments
The Position Assignments page lets you review all position assignments for the primary dimension members.
You must have read-write access to the version and primary dimension members to see the position assignments.
You can add or delete individual assignments. You cannot modify any columns in the table.
This table shows the page options:
Option | Description |

Version | List of Version dimension members. |
Unit | List of primary dimension members. Typically, this is the Unit dimension. |

Refresh the page to the last saved state. |

Delete the selected item. |
Add Position | Create a new position assignment and opens the Position Assignment Details page where you can edit the position assignments. |
Add Authorized Budget | Create an authorized budget. This option displays if the Vacancy option has been enabled. Budgeters see this option if the Budgeter and Administrator option has been enabled. |
Calculate | Calculate the Workforce Budgeting data for the selected version and primary dimension. Calculating when a saved authorized budget exists creates the vacant position assignment, inheriting all attributes, allocation, and actions from the authorized budget. |

Open the Position Assignments Details page for the assignment. |
