Personalization features

This chapter explains the many options available to the user to personalize a Decision application. Your application is a customized application set up by your administrator. The toolbar buttons and commands that you see depend on how your administrator has set up the application. The administrator chooses the commands to display.

The features detailed in this chapter use Microsoft Silverlight. The first time you run the application you may be prompted to download and install the controls. Contact your IT department if you are not prompted to download the controls and the pages do not display correctly.
