Identifying the consolidation status
You can identify the consolidation status for any member by the color of the member or cell:
Green means consolidated results still reflect the current data and structure in the database. This status also includes any member that was consolidated without any submitted data. This data typically does not need to be re-consolidated.
Red means consolidated results no longer reflect the current data and structure in the database. This data has been impacted by data or structure changes made after the last consolidation. This data needs to be reconsolidated. See "Consolidating Impacted Data".
Gray means a data slice includes unconsolidated data, irrelevant data such as January data for a quarterly schedule.
You can change the colors used for identifying the consolidation status using the Options.txt file.
