Right-click menus

Grid

These commands describe the displayed menus when you right-click a grid.

The Writeback - Save Changes command enables you to save the changes you have made to the writable cells in the grid.

The Writeback - Discard Changes command discards the changes you have made to the writable cells in the grid since you last saved changes using the Writeback - Save Changes command.

The Report Exceptions menu enables you to create, edit, and delete report exceptions. The Add command lets you create report exceptions. The Edit/Delete command enables you to edit or delete report exceptions. The Show Range Slider command lets you change the numeric intervals.

The Alert Exceptions menu enables you to create, edit, and delete alert exceptions. The Add command lets you create alert exceptions. The Edit/Delete command enables you to edit or delete alert exceptions.

The Enable Member Format command enables you to change member formatting. The Enable Member Format command is a toggle that enables and disables the formatting window. Once the command is enabled, click a row or column header to open the formatting window. The window stays open for the session.

The Zoom menu enables you to change the screen magnification. The Revert command reverts the magnification to the original setting.

The Sort on Member menu enables you to rearrange the order based on the values in a selected row or column. The Remove Sorting command reverts the grid to its original order.

The Reset Member Order command reverts on-grid members to their original order.

The Private Views menu enables you to manage your private views. The Save command lets you save the view as a private view. The Manage command enables you to delete and share/unshare your private views.

The Phasing command enables you to select a profile and other details to apply to the data you selected.

The Omit Missing commands enables you to remove columns and/or rows from the grid that only contain missing or null values.

The Chart command enables you to create an ad-hoc chart from selected cells in the grid.

The Edit Tools menu provides the standard Cut, Copy, and Paste commands.

The Add Cell Note menu accesses a cell note notepad to add, edit, or remove content.

Chart

These commands describe the displayed menus when you right-click a chart.

The Copy command copies the chart to a portable networks graphic (.PNG) file.

The Print command prints the page.

The Zoom command lets you zoom in on a portion of the chart or revert to the original size.

The Legend command turns the display of the legend on and off.

Overview

These commands describe the displayed menus when you right-click an Overview object.

The Set Focus Member command sets the focus member. The focus member is the member that determines where the Overview nodes' data comes from.

The Set Projected Dimension command sets the projected direction. The projected direction tells the Overview object to display members of the dimension in that on-grid position, either across or down, in its nodes. For example, if you specify the projected direction as down, and Total Region is the down dimension on the grid, then the members from the Total Region dimension appear on the nodes.
