Reports

Access to reports is restricted by navigation security and user role. These roles can view the reports:

  • Administrator
  • Controller
  • Budget Holder
  • Budget Holder - Accountant
  • Budget Holder - Detail Budgeting Read-Only

These reports are available:

  • Workforce Budget
  • Transfer
  • Highest step
  • Distribution
  • Version Comparative
  • Vacancy
  • Employee Expenses

Report fields

These fields are available on the reports.

Field Description
Run Run the report.
/ Expand or contract the sections in the report. This field is available on the Workforce Budget, Distribution, and Vacancy reports.
Export the report to Microsoft Excel.

You can select the number of rows displayed on each page of a report using the Page Size list. You can choose: 50,100, 200, 500, 1000, 5000, or 10000. By default, 1,000 rows are displayed.

You can expand and collapse the selection fields on the report by clicking the Expand/Collapse icon on the right of the Filter Criteria line.

You can filter the columns on pages and reports by clicking the icons in the filter row. See "Filtering records" for further information.
