Toolbars

The toolbars provide quick access to a number of options. The buttons displayed on the toolbar vary according to the selected page or report.

The options in the side toolbar apply to the current page or report. The options in the side toolbar are:


Option	Description
	Refresh the page or report.
	Save any changes.
	Revert to the default settings for a report. This restores the original columns in the order they appear in the default setting for the report.
	Delete the selected item.
	Move the selected plan object and its children from one parent to another. This button is for the Modify Overview or Modify Outline pages.
	Print the report.
	Display objects color-coded by object type.
	Display objects color-coded by the performance value.
	Show and hide the discussion comment or duplicate indicators. These indicators display to the left of the node. This button applies to Overview pages and reports.
	Show or hide the display of the value bar within the node. This button applies to Overview pages and reports.
	Show or hide the display of the plan object type within the nodes on Plan Overview pages and reports.
	Fits all columns within the display area. As you adjust one column wider, the other columns shrink.
	Enable and disable filtering.
	Show and hide the group panel.
	Collapses all levels.
	Expand all levels.
	Click to pin the toolbar to the left of the page. This keeps the toolbar open. Click to unpin the toolbar.

The options in the bottom toolbar are:


Option	Description
	Open the side toolbar.
	Expand the level on which you can see Overview node labels. The labels are added five at a time.
	Collapse the level of display on which you can see Overview node labels. The labels are removed five at a time.
Pan & Zoom	Open the Pan & Zoom pane. Pan & Zoom is available on pages and reports that include the Overview object. In the Pan & Zoom pane, drag the box to focus in on particular nodes. If the Overview object is large, opening the Pan & Zoom pane before adding or removing the node labels makes it easier to see the placement of the labels.
Menu Options	The enabled commands vary according to which page or report is open. Enabled commands are a slightly darker shade of gray. Additionally, a valid command turns blue when you point to the command.
