Calculations and security

Performance value calculations operate only on those members you have access to.

Consider the case where you are allowed to see only one of the tactics that rolls up to strategy X because of security settings on the units. If the performance value calculation for that tactic is 100%, you will see 100% for strategy X regardless of any of the performance values for the other tactics that support strategy X.
