The pages described in this section are available under the Reports category.
- The Responsibilities report shows the plan objects grouped by responsibility. You can check on the status of each owner. This report has a special automatic filter for responsibility. If you select a plan object with a person assigned to the responsibility property, such as Tyler, and then select the responsibilities report, you will see all the plan objects for which Tyler has responsibility. In other words, the setting for the responsibility property for that selected plan object is used to automatically filter what appears in the responsibility report. If there is no responsibility assignment or if the selected plan object does not appear due to another filter (such as it does not match the filter set for object type), no filtering on the responsibility value is done.
- The By Category report shows each plan object grouped by the category property. For example, this report can produce a Balanced Scorecard format, which categorizes all items into the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal and Learn & Growth.
- The Ad-hoc and Ad-hoc Outline reports allow users to create their own reports and analyses. Users can also include multiple accumulation types, such as YTD and Total Year, as columns for comparison.
In reports there are five ranges that correspond to the accumulation method for performance values. You can select which to show when the accumulation method is on a button. For the Ad hoc and Ad hoc Outline reports, you can show these as columns in the display.
