Overview reports

In an Overview report, each plan object is represented by a rectangle that shows the object name. This is a node. A node can include an icon indicating its object type and a value bar. A value bar on the plan object indicates the performance measurement of the object. Objects that have associated discussion comments include a yellow indicator next to the node.

The appearance of the Overview object is controlled by the plan style and the toolbar buttons. For example, whether the icon or value bar is visible controlled by toolbar buttons.

You can use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out of an Overview object.

The center of the Overview object is indicated by a thick border. Right-click a plan object and it becomes the center of the Overview object. Right-clicking a plan object also places the focus on that object.

Left-click a plan object to expand or collapse the levels. Collapsed levels are indicated by a dashed line.

When you hover over a node, an expanded tooltip displays details about the node. The tooltip includes:

  • The performance value for the node
  • If there are any discussion comments.
  • If the node is a duplicate. Details on the source are also shown.

There are two ways to move an Overview object:

  • Click and hold the mouse button in the white part of the page and then move the Overview object.
  • Use Pan & Zoom.
