Performance value calculations

Performance values is a term for two separate values to mark how the plan is doing: outcome and activity.

This section describes the rules for how the actual and target values specified in a measure's definition are used in calculating the two performance values of outcome and activity for a plan object across the various accumulation methods.

Performance value calculations operate only on those members you have access to. Consider the case where you are allowed to see only one of the tactics that rolls up to strategy X. If the performance value calculation for that tactic is 100%, you will see 100% for strategy X regardless of any of the performance values for the other tactics that support strategy X.
