Specific value measure

When a measure is a specific value, then for a parent unit, such as Sales or Corporate, the actual and target values are consolidated values from their children. For a leaf unit, the values are obtained from the specified data source. Note that all leaf nodes are not required to have values. Some units may not be associated with that plan object.
