Calculate outcome values
If a plan object does not have a measure directly defined for the selected unit and period, then it does not have an outcome value.
The outcome value of a plan object with a measure is the result of the calculation as described in the Calculate Performance Value for Object with Measure section. If a plan object has no target value established for the selected period, accumulation method, scenario and unit, then there is no outcome value. Here PR Campaign has its own measure.
