Standard properties
A set of standard properties is associated with each plan object. These properties display on the Show Properties tab and columns in reports and outlines.
When a new object is created, its property fields display the default values based on its parent values.
This table shows the default properties.

Duration for the object based on frequency level of the start date. If start date is Q1 and number of periods is 4, then duration is 4 quarters. Required. |

Priority | Priority of object. Allows custom list entries (see section after table). | Text from either a list ranging from Low, Medium, and High or a custom list. |

SortOrder | Relative importance within the object type. For example, if object type is Objective, the order indicates order in which to report or list the Objectives in the plan. This field can be used to establish a sort order in a report. | Number |

Custom | Text field available for any use. For example, can be used for Supplier to record person who actually supplies measurement information and is different from person responsible for the object. | Text 255 characters or less |
