Adding a color scheme

You can define additional color tolerance range schemes and then assign those schemes to be used for specific type of value (activity, variance, or outcome) for a plan object and organization unit.

A planner or administrator can define a new scheme but they cannot delete any of the default schemes. Any planner or administrator can delete any new schemes. It is recommended that the scheme not be assigned to any plan object before deletion. The scheme cannot be assigned to any plan object.

To add an exception for the default color tolerance range:

  1. Select Menu Options > Edit Scheme Colors.
  2. Click Add new.
  3. Sspecify a unique name for the scheme.
  4. Adjust the settings as desired.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select Menu Options > Edit Tolerance Exceptions.
  7. Assign the new scheme to the plan object and unit combinations for which value type you would like to have a different color tolerance range than the default.
  8. Click Save.
