Workflow navigation
The Workflow Navigation section provides a summary of the load stages at a business unit level. The members are limited according to how security has been set.
See Creating a load definition for information on where load definitions are saved.

Deletes the audit history for a data load
based on a specified load group, period, and year. All audit trails associated
with the specified items are deleted. This option deletes only the audit trail
and not the actual data.
This option is useful if the audit table has grown too large or to restart the load process for a period. If you purge history, you cannot undo your changes. |
Update | Updates the member display to reflect the current selections of load group, hierarchy, period, or year. Click | after making changes to update the section with your new selections.
Members | Available members in the workflow dimension. The icon on the left of the member name indicates the status of each member. See Load status legend. |
Legend | Indicates the status of the load definition. Nothing to load means the unit does not have any loads defined for the selected load group/period/year. Not loaded means a load has been defined but not run. |
