Security profiles
Security profiles define the access levels to the various parts of OpenLink. The Mode parameter, which is included in the URL, specifies the security profile name.
Several pre-defined profiles exist. Use the Admin profile to have full access to all Security Features. Use the ExecuteOnly profile to limit use to running data loads.
The default profile is ExecuteOnly. This is also referred to as Basic Mode. The default is used if no profile or an invalid profile name is specified.
We recommend not modifying the features of the predefined profiles. Instead, the administrator should add new profiles as needed.
