Adding a security profile

You can define additional security profiles.

  1. Access the Security Profile page. For example: /CpmOpenlink/SecurityProfile?View=CT P OpenLink
  2. Click the plus sign to add a security profile. There is no limit to the number of profiles you can add.
  3. Specify a unique profile name. You can specify up to 50 alphanumeric characters.
  4. Select the security features for the new security profile. Each security feature parameter controls a portion of the product. For example, RUN_LOAD controls the ability to run a load definition. MAPPING_CHANGES controls the ability to run the Mapping Changes report. Note that users are still required to browse to the source file location and select the source file to load regardless of the EDIT_LOAD status.
