Deleting audit trails

  1. Click Purge Audit History.
  2. Select the load group, period, and year. By default, the values currently displayed in the Workflow Navigation section are selected.
  3. Optionally, you can select the Purge loads for all prior periods option. This deletes the audit trail for the current selection and all prior periods. Note that only the audit trail is deleted, the actual data remains.
  4. Click OK.
    Click Yes when prompted to confirm the action. The load status is updated to Not loaded when the browser is refreshed.
