Load status legend
Different color codes indicate the load status. A color coded icon next to each member indicates its current load status. The legend shows what each color means.
This table shows the legend used for the load status:
Load Status | Description |
---|---|
Error (red) | Errors were found when loading a load definition. |
Loaded (blue) | A load definition has been successfully loaded. |
Nothing to Load (gray) | A load has not been associated with that unit for the selected Load Group/Period/Year. |
Not Loaded (white) | A load definition has been defined but not run. Not Loaded means a load has been associated with the unit for the selected Load Group/Period/Year, but it has not yet been run. After it has been run, the status changes to Loaded or Error. |
The load status for a unit is based on the status of its lowest level descendant. In this example, New York and Los Angeles have the same hierarchy level. It shows that New York has successfully loaded data but Los Angeles has not. Because Los Angeles has not successfully loaded, its status will reflect on the parent unit.
In this example, data has been successfully loaded for New York but load definitions exist that have not yet been run. Not loaded is a lower status than loaded so New York and its parent are shown as not loaded.
This shows the legend if the Approval Process is integrated with OpenLink.
The Approval Process handles the Load status differently. The Approval process does not have the concept of no loads defined, therefore the lowest level status is Not loaded. This status is displayed even if you have not defined any load definitions. The view name specified in Load Groups is used to get and set the approval status. The approval status does not roll up.
For the different color codes, see the Status entry in the Data Entry chapter in Infor CPM User Guide.
