Summary vs. Detail report

The Summary vs. Detail report validates a specific data load by showing how the data in the database matches the load file and flagging any inconsistencies that are caused by manual data entry. This report enables you to:

• Expand and collapse detail data by summary line
• Switch between name and description

This report is available for Financial data loads.

Option	Description
	Expands the members list.
	Collapses the members list.
	Exports the report in Excel format.
Show	Switches between displaying member names or member descriptions. Section headers always display member names.
Summary Line	Shows the line where the summary applies. Shows detail information associated with the detail data in the source file being loaded.
Summary Amount	Shows the amount loaded to the database.
Detail Amounts	Shows the amounts that were loaded.
Description	Shows descriptive information from the source file. This is optional.
