The Infor Corporate Performance Management - Strategy Management application helps organizations to:

Strategy Management can be used with a variety of methodologies and provides an environment for:

• Building a strategic plan
• Establishing targets for successful completion
• Monitoring the plan against actual performance
• Trend analysis
• Color-coded variances
• Ad hoc analysis

Strategy Management includes a breadth of preconfigured reports letting users interrogate the status of a plan with daily operations. These are some of the preconfigured reports:

• Plan Overview which shows either the outcome or the activity status
• Unit Overview shows unit performance using color-coded ranges
• Performance Results report compares activity and outcome values

  For example, implementation for a plan object is successful but the desired outcome is not being achieved.

• Unit Contribution report shows how the units contribute to an overall goal
• Responsibility report shows (by owner) the plan objects and status of goals
• Impact on Plan report shows the impact an object has on the overall plan
• Category report shows each plan object grouped by the category property

  For example, Balanced Scorecard which categorizes all items into the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives

• Financial View report shows variables over time, unit, and scenario
• Scenario report compares actual results with a range of scenarios

All reports enables the user change basic dimension information such as unit, time period, and scenario.
