Infor Corporate Performance Management overview
Infor Corporate Performance Management (CPM) encompasses planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and analysis. It includes web-based client components supported by server components and administrative components. The server components are the foundation of the application. The administrative components provide tools to set up, design, administer, and maintain the centralized database and application. Users can access the appropriate data entry and reporting pages via a browser window and Microsoft Excel.
The components are used to build applications. The Budgeting application is an integrated budgeting, analysis, and reporting application designed to improve the budget development team's productivity, shorten budget cycles, and allow organizations to create budgets that support management in evaluating their investment plans. The Financial Consolidation application is an integrated financial data management, analysis, and reporting application designed to allow accountants and controllers the ability to prepare and report on consolidated data at a more detailed level through the use of journal adjustments and intercompany data management.
