Workbooks

The cell-based and view-based modes may both be used within a single workbook or even within the same sheet, based on the requirements of the application. It is important to note that any workbook using the cell-based mode must be created using the cell-based template. When using the same workbook to operate in both modes, you must start with a cell-based workbook (created from the template) and then insert view-based data into it. You cannot insert cell-based data into an existing view-based workbook because a view-based workbook cannot access the cell-based code on the server.
