Repeated prompts to sign in or connection could not be established
If you are repeatedly prompted to sign in or if you fail to connect to the server, check to ensure that all URLs used by the application are valid.
- A URL is specified for the Decision service within User Preferences. Select from the CPM Views menu to view the URL.
- (Budgeting Only) A URL is specified for Detail Budgeting within Workbook Properties. Select from the CPM Views menu to view the URL.
To validate a URL, copy and paste the URL into a browser window. If the URL is incorrect, an error message displays. If other problems exist with the URL, diagnostic information is displayed on the browser.
