Approval process view has no writeback
An Approval process view is locked against writeback if the data has been submitted but not approved or if the data has been approved.
The Approval process view is also locked against writeback for unauthorized users. You must sign in as a user who is authorized to submit data for the unit.
This table summarizes when the view is locked against data entry:

|---|---|
| Yellow | Data has been submitted for approval. |
| Green | Data has been submitted for approval and subsequently approved. |
| Gray | Data is not available for the user because a submitter-approver relationship has not been established for the selected unit. |
