Changing event names

After you save the changes on the Event Types tab, the event names are automatically added to the employee views.

To change the name of an existing event:

  1. Change the name in the Event Types tab.
  2. Click on any other tab to enable Update View Properties on the Tools menu, and then select Update View Properties.
  3. Change the event name in the Employee Views group box.
  4. Click Save and then close the dialog box.
  5. Calculate the views by choosing Tools > Calculate Views and then selecting Employees for Version Budget. Both the event name and the view name will reflect the change. You can select whether to change the view name separately.
