Effects of read-only security on Detail Budgeting Administrator

You cannot import or export data into or from a version for which you do not have access.

The Version list on the Import dialog box is restricted to the versions for which you have read/write access. The Version list on the Export dialog box is limited to the version for which you have read access.

If the data file contains a version for which you do not have access and the selection on the Version list is <file default>, you are prompted to change the version on the file or select a different version from the Version list.
