Hour types

Hour types are used to determine the effective annual salaries of hourly employees. When a budget holder selects an employee type and specifies the number of hours worked, the employee type's hour type is used to determine the total number of hours worked in the year. The system then multiplies this by the hourly wage and spreads the result.
