Asset budgeting

If you are using both Employee and Asset Budgeting, you must set up Employee Budgeting first.

To set up Asset Budgeting, define the starting date, other general settings, spread methods, and asset types. Asset Budgeting is defined on these Detail Budgeting Administrator tabs:

• Global
• Spread Methods
• Asset Types
• Mappings

If you are going to use the Custom Spread method to define a custom depreciation method, you must define spread methods before you define asset types.
