ReadConsMemberP0

The ReadConsMemberP0 parameter determines whether to read P0 data for consolidation members from the database or to compute the data as the rolled-up P0 values from contributing descendants. Contributing descendants can vary depending on which method is using during consolidation. See the "Ownership Process" chapter for further information.

Value	Description
0	Computes P0 data for consolidated members. This is the default value when the consolidated members' P0 data reflects the sum of the contributing descendants, most likely due to constant ownership over time.
1	Reads P0 data for consolidated members from the database. This is the default value when consolidating hierarchy, version, and year with ownership data. Use this value when the consolidated members' P0 data does not reflect the sum of contributing descendants, most likely due to changing ownership over time. This option can have adverse consolidation performance implication, therefore, use it only when necessary.

Selecting the Opening Period Balances option on the Options form for the Consolidation page is equivalent to setting the parameter to 1.
