DoLocalAuto

The DoLocalAuto parameter determines whether or not to run a local consolidation (and post journals to local currency) before consolidating target currencies. These settings are available:

Value	Description
0	Omits a local consolidation during a currency consolidation
1	(Default) Runs a local consolidation during a currency consolidation

Selecting the Skip Local consolidations option on the Consolidation web page is equivalent to setting the parameter to 0.

Set this value to 0 to skip a local consolidation when you only report on translated currency.

If consolidating multiple currencies or multiple hierarchies (that have all leaf level members in common), you can improve performance by running two consolidations. For the first consolidation, set the value to 1 to consolidate local currency or one hierarchy. For the second consolidation, set the value to 0 t o consolidate the rest of the currencies or hierarchies.
