SyntaxCheckOnly

SyntaxCheckOnly determines whether to run a consolidation or test the syntax of the consolidation request. These settings are available:

Value	Description
0	(Default) Runs the consolidation. By default, on the Set Properties page, the check box for this parameter is not selected.
1	Checks the request syntax only

We recommend using a parameter value of 1 to test a script for errors prior to running the script for the first time. The system will verify parameters, check for missing information, log warnings, and alert the user on the client computer. When valid syntax is confirmed, change the parameter value to 0 to run the consolidation.
