Rules

• For hierarchical dimensions, such as Unit, only the selected member and its descendants are in scope at a time. Using CTrain as an example, US, New York, Los Angeles, and US Eliminations are in scope together.
• For the flat dimensions (such as Version), only one member (the selected one) from each dimension is in scope at a time. For example, Actual and Budget versions are never in scope together.
• For the Schedule dimension, only one schedule is in scope at a time. You can select multiple schedules on the consolidation form, but a separate consolidation is run for each.
