Opening balance lines

Opening balance lines behave differently for periodic data than for year-to-date data.

For periodic data, the ending balance of the prior sibling period carries forward to the opening balance of the current period.

For year-to-date data, the ending balance of P0 (opening balance period) carries forward to the opening balance of the current period (whether child or parent).
