ConsolidationPassesNeeded

The ConsolidationPassesNeeded parameter performs the selected number of consolidation passes to correctly calculate formulas for translated currency. These settings are available:

Value Description
1 (Default) Performs one consolidation pass
2 Performs two consolidation passes
<positive integer> Performs the specified number of consolidation passes

During a consolidation request, the local currency is consolidated only once, and the translated currency is consolidated for the number of times you select. If your application includes allocations, you may require multiple consolidation passes.

Setting the value to 1 performs a single consolidation pass, which is standard for most calculations.

Setting the value to 2 performs two consolidation passes, which is often used for allocations from upper levels to leaf members. If your application includes allocations, you may need multiple consolidation passes.
