Reporting Services reports
The Business Edition includes the following web-based reports which support interactive queries as well as printing through Production Reporting for Reporting Services. Reporting Services must be installed, configured, and the reports deployed before using the feature. The default output format is Adobe PDF.
The reports present the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Generally these statements are not detailed by additional Activity or custom dimensions such as product. The Month Ending, Quarterly, and Twelve Month are also available for use against Activity (custom) dimensions and support querying on any Activity dimension.
The sample reports support Microsoft Reporting Services 2008 R2.
Month Ending
The report presents the current periodic and year-to-date account balances for the selected Unit, Version, Period, Currency and Exchange Rate Set. Use the report against any version or scenario.
12 Month Statement
The report presents the account balances for the selected Unit, Version, Year, Currency and Exchange Rate Set. The report can also display profit and loss values as periodic or year-to-date. Use the report against any version or scenario.
Quarterly Statement
The report presents the quarterly account balances for the selected Unit, Version, Year, Currency and Exchange Rate Set. The report can also display profit and loss values as periodic or year-to-date. Use the report against any version or scenario.
Actual vs. Budget
The report performs variance calculations between Actual and Budget taking into account currency exchange rate impact. The selectable parameters include Unit, Period, Currency, and Accumulation Method. The report displays profit and loss values as periodic or year-to-date. Actual and Budget versions must be available to support the report.
Periodic/YTD Actual vs. Budget
The report performs variance calculations between Actual and Budget taking into account currency exchange rate impact. The selectable parameters include Unit, Period, and Currency. The report displays profit and loss values as periodic or year-to-date. Actual and Budget versions must be available to support the report.
Organization Structure
The report presents information about the organization structure (the Unit dimension) and each unit's defined attributes.
Statement Definition
The report presents any Business Edition statement (schedule) definition including all accounts included on the statement and their attributes.
