Removing a user's role

  1. Select Administration > Architect > User Security > Assign User Security.
  2. Select Activity > Check Out. Click Check Out. Click OK.
    Note: From the Logins list, select the user you want to remove the role and security profile. The Delete button is enabled only when the selected user has an assigned role.
  3. Click Delete. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click Save. After saving, click OK.
  5. To validate the changes, select Activity > Audit. Click Yes.
  6. To check in, select Activity > Check In. Click Yes.
  7. To release the changes to the production database, select Activity > Release. Click Yes.
