Filtering records

The filter row enables you to specify conditions that restrict the items that are displayed on the page. You can specify filter criteria for as many columns as you want.

To filter records:

  1. Optionally, click [A] to open the list of filter operators and select the desired operator from the list.
  2. Specify a text string in the boxes.
  3. Select Apply Filter from the Filter Options menu on the right side of the row.

Select Clear Filter from the Filter Options menu to remove existing filters.
