Disaster recovery guidelines

We recommend you back up these items are on regular basis to facilitate recovery from a catastrophic event:

• The primary application and authorized databases.
• The Decision Views database.
• The BOD Shredding database if you are using ION-based integration.
• The SharePoint content database if you are using SharePoint.

If you have web customizations, you should also back up the following directories on the CPM Server computer:

• The Program Files\Infor\CPM\Web directory and all subdirectories.
• The Program Files (x86)\Infor\CPM\Webx86 directory and all subdirectories.

With these items, you can re-create the application.
