Next, select the parent member, Head Office, and then select the Read Only and Children options.

The access for Information Systems does not change and remains set to No Access because of the precedence rule that a self-relationship takes precedence over a child relationship. This also holds true if Descendents or Leaf nodes were selected instead of Children.
